As shareholder of Good Restaurants AG I am responsible for the concept, design and brand development of the Waku-Waku project.

Along the lines of ‘Organic delicacies - ready to eat’, we offer cold and hot organic meals, drinks and snacks in the modern ambience of our downtown Hamburg food store.

In the spring of 2013, we opened our second location within the Aspria fitness clubs in the Alstertal. In addition, we already supply a few of Hamburg’s schools with delicious organic food and offer catering for up to 1000 people.
